The Towers has an on-site Maintenance Team of 9 highly trained Technicians who provide coverage 24 hours, 7 days a week. The Maintenance Team is run by our Building Engineer, Freddy Rodriguez. The Team performs building walkthroughs every shift to assure everything is working properly, including the HVAC system, electrical, plumbing and mechanical components.

All current and new residents who would like to make alterations or remodels to their apartment must schedule an appointment. Please contact the Front Desk to request a work order for appointments. You will called back as soon as possible to schedule your appointment.
If by any chance you cannot reach the Front Desk, please call the Maintenance Department and leave your name, phone number and what it is you would like to have done in your apartment. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
